The Aerobika® Oscillating Positive Expiratory Pressure (OPEP) Device is a handheld respiratory therapy device designed to help open weak or collapsed airways and assist with mucus clearance.
During exhalation, the device creates positive pressure oscillations that help loosen and mobilize mucus, allowing it to move into larger airways where it can be expelled through coughing. It may be used alone or in combination with nebulizer therapy as directed by a healthcare professional.

HOW TO USE (SUMMARY)
• Inhale through the device with a deeper-than-normal breath
• Hold breath for 2–3 seconds
• Exhale actively (not forcefully) for 3–4 times longer than inhalation
• Perform 10–20 breaths per cycle
• Follow with 2–3 huff coughs
• Use for 10–20 minutes, at least twice daily or as prescribed
Follow full manufacturer instructions for proper technique.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS (SUMMARY)
• Disassemble into four parts
• Wash with warm water and mild detergent or top-rack dishwasher
• Rinse thoroughly
• Air dry completely before reassembly
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Not recommended for individuals with:
• Untreated pneumothorax
• Active hemoptysis
• Intracranial pressure > 20 mm Hg
• Hemodynamic instability
• Recent facial, oral, skull, or esophageal surgery
• Acute sinusitis or severe nosebleeds
• Known tympanic membrane rupture
