Anusol™ Plus Ointment is a medicated hemorrhoid treatment formulated with a local anesthetic and an astringent to help relieve pain, itching, irritation, and swelling associated with hemorrhoids.
Its soothing ointment base helps protect the affected area while supporting healing and comfort, allowing for repeated daily use as directed.

INGREDIENTS
Active Ingredients (w/w):
• Pramoxine Hydrochloride 1% – Local anesthetic
• Zinc Sulfate 0.5% – Astringent
Inactive Ingredients:
• Calcium phosphate dibasic
• Mineral oil
• White petrolatum
• Polyoxyethylene (2) oleyl ether
RECOMMENDED DOSE
Adults and children 12 years and over:
External hemorrhoids:
• Cleanse affected area with mild soap and warm water
• Rinse well and gently dry
• Apply to the affected area up to 5 times daily
Internal hemorrhoids:
• Remove cap and lubricate applicator with ointment
• Attach applicator to tube, insert gently into rectum, and squeeze to apply
• Clean applicator with soap and hot water after use
• Use every 4 hours as needed and after bowel movements, up to 5 times daily
CAUTIONS / WARNINGS
• For rectal use only
• Do not use applicator if insertion causes additional pain
• Stop use and consult a doctor if bleeding occurs or if symptoms worsen or do not improve within 7 days
• Keep out of reach of children
• If swallowed, contact a poison control centre immediately
