Ingredients

Active Ingredient(s): Organic ginger extract (Zingiber officinale) (root & rhizome) standardized to 25% gingerols, equivalent to 340 mg ginger dried root / 20 mg Non-Medical Ingredients: (alphabetical order) Gelatin, Glycerin, Soybean Oil. No added artificial colours, preservatives, sugar, gluten.

Directions

Adults and children 6 years and older: take 2 liquid gel capsules every 4 hours, 1 to 3 times per day, as needed for nausea or upset stomach. Do not exceed 6 capsules in 24 hours. For motion sickness prevention, take 1 capsule at least 30 minutes before travel, and repeat every 4 hours if necessary. Swallow capsules whole with water
